- Get 1 bag frozen chopped broccoli
- You need 1/4 of a sweet Spanish onion
- You need 2 cans chicken stock

- Use 1 tsp coleman's mustard powder
- Get 1 (8 oz) bag of finely shredded cheddar cheese
