- Prepare 300 grams - Chives
- Get 300 grams - Grounded pork
- Provide 4 pcs - Century Egg
- You need 2 pcs - Chilli Padi
- You need 2 cloves - garlic
- Prepare 2 tablespoon - Black bean Sauce
- Prepare 1 tablespoon - Soy sauce
- Provide 1 tablespoon - shao hsing wine
- You need 2 tablespoon - fish sauce
- Take Some white pepper (optional)

- Chop garlic
- Remove all chives' flower and cut them into about 1cm each
- Remove mud from century eggs and wash till clean
