- Prepare Dry Rub (mix well in a bowl);
- You need 2 tsp Smoked Paprika

- Prepare 1 tsp Salt
- Use 1 tsp White Pepper
- Take 1 g Ground Clove
- Take 1 g Ground Nutmeg
- Take 1 g Ground Cinnamon
- Prepare Sauce (mix well in a bowl);
- Prepare 1/3 cup Lingham's Chilli Sauce
- Get 1 Tbsp Sugar
- Get 1 Tbsp Lime
- Take 1 Tbsp Honey

- Rub the chicken with the spices and marinade for 30 minutes or more.
