- Take 1 tea spoon lemon zest
- Take Couple of lemon(slices)

- Take 3 table spoons of slurry(flour mixed with water)
- Use 2 cups chicken stock

- Clean the chicken, cut it into small/medium pieces. Add the seasonings,pepper,salt,cumin,soy sauce and if you prefer to add anything else. Leave it over night in the fridge.

- Use a colander to keep the sause without any lemon pieces/zest. The sause is ready.
