- Get 1 quarter pound ground pork
- Use 1 quarter pound devein deshell shrimp, diced

- Take 1 tbsp minced ginger
- Prepare 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Take 1 packages wonton wrapper
- Use 1 each egg, beaten set aside to seal wontons
- Use broth
- Use 1 turkey carcass
- Get 1 salt and pepper to taste
- Prepare 3 quart water (or enough to submerge your turkey carcass)
